Bleeding and Freaking Out

OMG, I just went to the bathroom and there was a lot of blood - not just spotting, bright red blood.  I have started cramping badly too, feels just like horrible period cramps.  I am totally freaking out.

I am waiting for a call back from the nurses office at C.CRM.  I'm so scared, I don't want to lose this pregnancy.  Why is this happening?

  2. There are other reasons for bleeding (like subchoro-something bleeds)---or they may increase your progesterone. Remember no news is no news. I had bleeding for the first 3 months of my pregnancy and I am currently at 24 weeks---With that said, I know it is impossible to stay calm and not be totally freaked out--so be as freaked out as you need to be. I'll be sending you my thoughts and prayers!!!

  3. Oh no! I'm praying that it's nothing. Many people bleed in the beginning. Please, please let it be ok!

  4. hoping this is a subchorionic hemorrhage. go lie down while you wait for them to call back, put your feet up, and just rest. I'm sorry this is happening - I can only imagine how scared you're feeling right now. i think bleeding at this stage is not uncommon, but that doesn't help, i know. hang in there. we are all pulling for you!

  7. Oh my love. I am sure it is ok this seems to happen a lot with twins. The best thing you can do is lie down and not do anything. A few spots is better than full on bleeding. Thinking of you xxxxxxx

  9. I'm so sorry this is happening. I had horrible bleeding at the beginning of my pregnancy. I soaked a pad and had on and off spotting for two weeks, I was convinced it was the end. All is calm now and I'm at 10 weeks with a seemingly healthy pregnancy. Take Mo's advice and rest if you can. Do whatever you need to help yourself feel less freaked out.
